Every great BBQ story starts with someone who just could not settle for average. Amin's Smokehouse began in a backyard with a simple offset smoker, a whole lot of passion, and the belief that good BBQ takes time, patience, and real wood.
After years of refining the rub, dialling in the smoke times, and testing on friends and family, Amin opened the doors of Amin's Smokehouse in Underwood. The mission was simple: serve authentic, wood fired smoked meats that would make people drive across town just for another bite.
Today, every brisket gets a minimum 14 hour low and slow smoke over Australian ironbark. Every rib is watched, basted, and glazed by hand. We don't take shortcuts because you deserve better than that.
